Please join ISPI-Michigan in welcoming Jack Wolf, PhD, CPT!
At the core of his interactive program is a series of exercises that performance improvement specialists, trainers and HR professionals can use immediately in their organizations to lead a culture to increased performance levels.
After the program participants will:
- Be able to implement new methods and practical solutions to performance challenges
- Understand how various factors affect learning and performance and how to overcome them
Participants will receive handout materials they can use as templates in their own programs, meetings and departments. These exercises have been successfully incorporated into programs used by the FedEx Leadership Institute, Starbucks’ Partner Training Program, HBO and other high profile companies.
Program Objectives:
- Present usable tools for practitioners
- Demonstrate how organizations shift from a culture of training to a culture of performance
- Involve the audience using their current conditions as case models
- Demonstrate success stories and how the performance leaders transformed their cultures
About the Presenter
Jack Wolf, PhD, CPT has designed and presented training programs on needs assessment, performance improvement, sales and personal development for 34 years. He presented at the 2009 ISPI and ASTD International Conventions receiving a 94% excellence rating at ASTD. Jack authored his first book Powerful Presentation Techniques in 2006. It contains 365 tools and tips for trainers, leaders, managers and teachers. He is a National member of ISPI, ASTD, AMA and SITE (the Society of Insurance trainers and Educators). Jack attended the first pilot program presented by Dana and Jim Robinson when they introduced their first performance improvement book in the early 90s in Pittsburgh. He is an ex-Bob Pike and Jack Canfield trainer and his clients include FedEx, The FedEx Leadership Institute, HBO, Starbucks, John Hancock and the Government of Hong Kong. Jack serves on the ISPI Financial Services Committee with Judy Hale and is a member of the Tampa Bay ISPI and ASTD Chapters.
