Workshop: Collecting Data from Any Audience at Any Time...
Beyond Surveys and Interviews

8:30 AM until 4:30 PM

Under current market conditions most organizations lack the staff, budget or time to collect data from employees, customers, leaders and other stakeholders. This highly interactive program will demonstrate a series of tools and techniques that will allow any manager, leader, trainer and performance improvement professional to collect highly accurate and critical data in person or electronically.

The program will focus on how to improve data gathering, data interpretation, data presentation to leaders and action step implementation. There will be as many as five unique tools modeled during the day.

Please come prepared to learn, be involved and leave with usable/practical performance improvement tools.

  • Leave with practical tools that anyone focused on performance can use
  • Demonstrate each tool in a highly interactive manner so learning and application can be guaranteed
  • Demonstrate how these tools deliver more accurate data than surveys, focus groups or interviews
  • Use the action learning model in applying each tool during the program
